RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract . contract. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the items purchased resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If, to return the purchased products, you decide to use the shipping company indicated by us, however you will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the purchased products yourself.
